Founded in 2026, Groundwork Consulting is a small team of Vietnamese professionals with hands-on experience supporting foreign investors and business owners entering Vietnam.

Our experience includes assisting with company establishment, permits, local administrative requirements and coordination between international clients and Vietnamese stakeholders.

We established Groundwork around a straightforward belief: good business decisions need a clear understanding of local realities, and a strong start depends on getting the foundations right.
